Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Karns City holds off Clarion Area
February 3, 2025: Karns City, PA 16041 The Karns City Gremlins basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting Clarion Area Bobcats to 69 in the Gremlins league triumph on Monday.
The Gremlins now possess a 7-9 record. They play next when they host North Clarion for a Keystone Shortway game on Wednesday, February 5. Karns City will confront a Wolves team coming off a 53-42 league loss to Clarion-Limestone (Strattanville, PA). The Wolves record now stands at 6-11.
With the loss, Clarion Area falls to 13-5 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Cranberry Area (Seneca, PA) to confront the Berries in a Keystone Shortway game on Wednesday, February 5. The Berries go into the game with a record of 13-5. Cranberry Area won 67-63 in their recent non-league game against Keystone (Knox, PA)
