In Monday's league contest, the host Greenforest Eagles basketball team scored a big 84-51 triumph over the Towers Titans.

The Eagles (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against Utopian Academy for the Arts (Ellenwood, GA). The go into the A D1 Region 4 contest with a 0-21 record. In their last contest, Utopian Academy for the Arts was trounced by Southwest Atlanta Christian (Atlanta, GA), 87-54, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Titans confront the W D Mohammed Caliphs (Atlanta, GA) in a A D1 Region 4 contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Towers will attempt to better on its 13-8 season record. The Caliphs go into the contest with a 5-13 record after their 86-50 league loss to Putnam County (Eatonton, GA).
