Springport Spartans (Springport, MI) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Vandercook Lake Jayhawks (Jackson, MI), 47-23 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Springport advances its record to 11-4 on the year. The Spartans host Galesburg-Augusta (Galesburg, MI) to face the Rams in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 5.
