In Monday's non-league test, the Cheney Tech Chargers (Manchester, CT) basketball squad trounced the host Classical Magnet Gladiators (Hartford, CT), by a final score of 60-25.

Next, the Chargers clash with the Grasso RVT Eagles (Groton, CT) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 4. Cheney Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 45-8 non-league loss to Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (Hartford, CT).

The Gladiators (0-9) will now prepare for their test against Windham (Willimantic, CT). The Whippets come into the non-league test with a 14-1 record. In their last test, Windham bounced Griswold (Griswold, CT), 75-34, in a league test.
