Michigan High School Basketball - Kelloggsville can't hold off NorthPointe Christian
February 4, 2022: Grand Rapids, MI 49525 The NorthPointe Christian Mustangs basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Kelloggsville Rockets to 59 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Godwin Heights for a Ottawa-Kent - Silver contest on Tuesday, February 8. NorthPointe Christian will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 74-51 league win over Comstock Park (Comstock Park, MI). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-4.
The Rockets (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Comstock Park (Comstock Park, MI). The Panthers enter the Ottawa-Kent - Silver contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Comstock Park was nudged by Godwin Heights (Wyoming, MI), 74-51, in a league contest.
