The Rapid City Central Cobblers (Rapid City, SD) basketball nipped the visiting Brandon Valley Lynx (Brandon, SD), 47-46 in Friday's league test.

The Cobblers (11-2) will now prepare for their test against O'Gorman (Sioux Falls, SD). The Knights go into the AA test with a 12-1 record. In their last test, O'Gorman got by Stevens (Rapid City, SD), 50-36, in a league test.

The Lynx now own a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Stevens for a AA test on Saturday, February 5. Brandon Valley will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 50-36 league loss to O'Gorman (Sioux Falls, SD). The Raiders record now stands at 12-2.
