Virginia High School Basketball - Broadway nips Harrisonburg
February 4, 2022: Broadway, VA 22815 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Broadway Gobblers (Broadway, VA) and the visiting Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA), saw Broadway's basketball squad hold off Harrisonburg by a count of 49-46.
With the victory, Broadway upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Gobblers host Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 7. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 4-3.
Next up, the Blue Streaks play the Spotswood Trailblazers (Penn Laird, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 7. Harrisonburg will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
