Ohio High School Basketball - Adena tops Blanchester
February 4, 2023: Blanchester, OH 45107 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Adena Warriors (Frankfort, OH) and the host Blanchester Wildcats (Blanchester, OH), saw Adena's basketball squad knock off Blanchester by a count of 60-52.
With the victory, Adena upgrades its record to 6-14 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Paint Valley (Bainbridge, OH) to play the Bearcats in a Scioto Valley challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 15-5. Paint Valley won 65-31 in their recent league challenge against Piketon (Piketon, OH)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Wilmington Hurricane (Wilmington, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Blanchester will attempt to upgrade on its 4-16 season record. The Hurricane come into the challenge with a 4-15 record after their 83-45 league loss to Goshen (Goshen, OH).
