February 4, 2023: Oradell, NJ 07649 The Saddle River Day Rebels basketball team (Saddle River, NJ), was overwhelmed 72-41 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Bergen Catholic Crusaders (Oradell, NJ)
The Crusaders now possess a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Don Bosco Prep for a Big North - United battle on Tuesday, February 7. Bergen Catholic will confront a Ironmen team coming off a 86-37 non-league win over Pascack Valley (Hillsdale, NJ). The Ironmen record now stands at 20-2.
The Rebels (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ). The Paladins come into the non-league battle with a 7-11 record. In their last battle, Paramus Catholic trounced DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ), 63-62, in a league battle.
