February 4, 2023: Youngstown, OH 44507 The Cardinal Mooney Cardinals (Youngstown, OH) basketball crushed the visiting Sharon Tigers (Sharon, PA), 56-35 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Cardinals (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Chaney (Youngstown, OH). The Cowboys go into the Steel Valley test with a 10-8 record.
The Tigers now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Wilmington for a District 10 Region 4 test on Friday, February 10. Sharon will encounter a Greyhounds squad coming off a 50-21 league loss to Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 2-16.
