Minnesota High School Basketball - Kasson-Mantorville trounced by Fridley
February 4, 2023: Kasson, MN 55944 The Fridley Tigers trounced the host Kasson-Mantorville Komets basketball team by a tally of 77-44 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Tigers now possess a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Anthony Village for a AAA Section 4 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Fridley will confront a Huskies team coming off a 89-53 non-league loss to DeLaSalle (Minneapolis, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 13-6.
The Komets (7-9) will now prepare for their battle against Cannon Falls (Cannon Falls, MN). The Bombers come into the non-league battle with a 8-11 record. In their last battle, Cannon Falls was overwhelmed by Zumbrota-Mazeppa (Zumbrota, MN), 59-55, in a non-league battle.
