Ridge Red Devil (Basking Ridge, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting South River Rams (South River, NJ), 66-53 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Ridge upgrades its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The Red Devil host South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 16-3. South Plainfield won 66-60 in their recent non-league bout against Oratory Prep (Summit, NJ)

Next up, the Rams play the Franklin Warriors (Somerset, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. South River will attempt to upgrade on its 20-2 season record.
