Connecticut High School Basketball - Ridgefield overwhelms Windsor
February 4, 2023: Windsor, CT 06095 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Ridgefield Tigers (Ridgefield, CT) and the host Windsor Warriors (Windsor, CT), saw Ridgefield's basketball squad wallop Windsor by a tally of 71-45.
With the victory, Ridgefield improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Greenwich (Greenwich, CT) to play the Cardinals in a Fairfield County challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Greenwich won 61-56 in their recent league challenge against St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT)
Next up, the Warriors play the Newington Nor'easters (Newington, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 10. Windsor will attempt to improve on its 12-4 season record. The Nor'easters come into the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 60-29 league win over Rocky Hill (Rocky Hill, CT).
