Wisconsin High School Ice Hockey - De Pere drops to Marquette University
February 4, 2023: Milwaukee, WI 53208 Marquette University Hilltoppers (Milwaukee, WI) fans left the game thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the visiting De Pere Redbirds (De Pere, WI), 5-1 in a non-league match.
The Hilltoppers (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Beaver Dam (Beaver Dam, WI). The Golden Beavers enter the non-league match with a 9-4 record. In their last match, Beaver Dam held off McFarland (McFarland, WI), 5-1, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Redbirds encounter the Escanaba Eskymos (Escanaba, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. De Pere will attempt to better on its 3-19 season record. The Eskymos go into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Negaunee (Negaunee, MI).
