Indiana High School Basketball - Jay County overwhelms Northeastern
February 4, 2023: Fountain City, IN 47341 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Jay County Patriots (Portland, IN) and the host Northeastern Knights (Fountain City, IN), saw Jay County's basketball squad wallop Northeastern by a tally of 51-22.
With the victory, Jay County improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign.
Next up, the Knights confront the Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN) in a challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Northeastern will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 71-23 non-league loss to Shenandoah (Middletown, IN).
