North Carolina High School Basketball - Southeast Raleigh knocks off Clayton
February 4, 2025: Clayton, NC 27520 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs (Raleigh, NC) and the host Clayton Comets (Clayton, NC), observed Southeast Raleigh's basketball team overcome Clayton by a margin of 66-53.
The Bulldogs (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against South Garner (Garner, NC). The Titans come into the 4A Greater Neuse River challenge with a 8-12 record. In their last challenge, South Garner defeated Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 67-56, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Comets battle the Cleveland Rams (Clayton, NC) in a 4A Greater Neuse River challenge, on Wednesday, February 5. Clayton will attempt to better on its 11-8 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 15-4 record after their 71-67 league loss to Willow Spring (Fuquay-Varina, NC).
