Oklahoma High School Basketball - Dewar holds off Weleetka
February 4, 2025: Dewar, OK 74431 The Dewar Dragons basketball team scored 39 points and limited the visiting Weleetka Outlaws to 37 in the Dragons league triumph on Tuesday.
The Dragons now have a 13-4 record. They play next when they host Kinta for a non-league game on Thursday, February 6. Dewar will confront a Eagles team coming off a 57-53 non-league loss to Oktaha (Oktaha, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 10-8.
With the loss, Weleetka falls to 9-6 on the campaign. The Outlaws travel to Porum (Porum, OK) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Friday, February 7. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 9-7. Porum lost 35-32 in their recent league game against Braggs (Braggs, OK)
