In Tuesday's league test, the Metro-East Lutheran Knights (Edwardsville, IL) basketball squad got by the visiting Father McGivney Catholic Griffins (Glen Carbon, IL), by a score of 59-53.

Next, the Knights encounter the Maryville Christian Lions (Maryville, IL) in a Gateway test, on Friday, February 7. Metro-East Lutheran will attempt to improve on its 13-9 season record.
