Michigan High School Basketball - Lincoln nudges University of Detroit Jesuit
February 4, 2025: Warren, MI 48089 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lincoln Abes (Warren, MI) and the visiting University of Detroit Jesuit Cubs (Detroit, MI), observed Lincoln's basketball team edge University of Detroit Jesuit by a score of 66-65.
The Abes (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Blue Devils come into the Macomb Area - Red challenge with a 7-10 record. In their last challenge, Grosse Pointe South edged Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI), 65-58, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Cubs encounter the Catholic Central Shamrocks (Novi, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 8. University of Detroit Jesuit will attempt to improve on its 17-1 season record. The Shamrocks come into the challenge with a 7-11 record after their 61-59 non-league win over Okemos (Okemos, MI).
