Missouri High School Basketball - Madison holds off Sumner
February 4, 2025: Madison, MO 65263 The Madison Panthers basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Sumner Bulldogs to 61 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now have a 4-16 record. They play next when they host Christian Fellowship for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. Madison will confront a team coming off a 55-50 non-league loss to Tipton (Tipton, MO). The record now stands at 11-5.
With the loss, Sumner falls to 5-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Duchesne (St. Charles, MO) to confront the Pioneers in a non-league game on Friday, February 7. The Pioneers go into the game with a record of 3-12. Duchesne lost 54-40 in their recent non-league game against Priory (St. Louis, MO)
