South Dakota High School Basketball - Milbank toppled by Hamlin
February 4, 2025: Milbank, SD 57252 Hamlin Chargers (Hayti, SD) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Milbank Bulldogs (Milbank, SD), 62-54 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Hamlin upgrades its record to 13-1 on the year. The Chargers travel to Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 15-1. Dakota Valley won 60-51 in their recent league match against Elk Point-Jefferson (Elk Point, SD)
The Bulldogs now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roncalli for a A Region 1 match on Thursday, February 6. Milbank will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 64-26 non-league win over Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 12-2.
