Idaho High School Basketball - Lakeland tops Post Falls
February 5, 2022: Post Falls, ID 83854 Lakeland Hawks (Rathdrum, ID) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Post Falls Trojans (Post Falls, ID), 57-44 in a league bout.
With the victory, Lakeland upgrades its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Lewiston (Lewiston, ID) to play the Bengals in a 5A/4A Inland Empire bout on Wednesday, February 9. The Bengals come into the bout with a record of 13-5. Lewiston won 62-57 in their recent league bout against Lake City (Coeur d'Alene, ID)
Next up, the Trojans play the Sandpoint Bulldogs (Sandpoint, ID) in a 5A/4A Inland Empire bout, on Wednesday, February 9. Post Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 4-13 record after their 75-50 league loss to Coeur d'Alene (Coeur d'Alene, ID).
