With the victory, Maroa-Forsyth improves its record to 14-8 on the campaign. The Trojans host Athens (Athens, IL) to play the Warriors in a Sangamo challenge on Tuesday, February 8. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 16-7. Athens lost 55-40 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Thomas More (Champaign, IL)
Next up, the Hawks play the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) in a Illini Prairie challenge, on Tuesday, February 8. Prairie Central will attempt to improve on its 20-6 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 14-13 record after their 73-61 league loss to St. Joseph-Ogden (St. Joseph, IL).
