Oregon High School Basketball - Bend over Sprague
February 5, 2022: Bend, OR 97701 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Bend Lava Bears (Bend, OR) and the visiting Sprague Olympians (Salem, OR), saw Bend's basketball squad overcome Sprague by a tally of 36-21.
With the victory, Bend improves its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Lava Bears travel to McKay (Salem, OR) to confront the Royal Scots in a 6A Mountain Valley challenge on Monday, February 7. The Royal Scots come into the challenge with a record of 2-9. McKay lost 68-23 in their recent league challenge against West Salem (Salem, OR)
Next up, the Olympians confront the South Salem Saxons (Salem, OR) in a 6A Mountain Valley challenge, on Monday, February 7. Sprague will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Saxons come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 57-43 league win over Mountain View (Bend, OR).
