Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Parkland knocked off by Archbishop Wood
February 5, 2023: Allentown, PA 18104 The Archbishop Wood Vikings basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Parkland Trojans to 49 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Sunday.
The Vikings now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Joseph's Prep for a Philadelphia Catholic contest on Monday, February 6. Archbishop Wood will battle a Hawks team coming off a 76-64 league win over Father Judge (Philadelphia, PA). The Hawks record now stands at 15-4.
The Trojans (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against Whitehall (Whitehall, PA). The Zephyrs enter the Lehigh Valley contest with a 10-10 record. In their last contest, Whitehall was defeated by Northampton (Northampton, PA), 56-50, in a league contest.
