Minnesota High School Basketball - Breck trounces Brooklyn Center
February 5, 2024: Brooklyn Center, MN 55430 The Breck Mustangs (Minneapolis, MN) basketball crushed the host Brooklyn Center Centaurs (Brooklyn Center, MN), 100-50 in Monday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (24-0) will now prepare for their test against St. Agnes (St. Paul, MN). The Aggies go into the non-league test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, St. Agnes walloped St. Croix Prep (Stillwater, MN), 63-49, in a league test.
The Centaurs now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they host Columbia Heights for a non-league test on Friday, February 9. Brooklyn Center will encounter a Hylanders squad coming off a 72-71 league loss to Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN). The Hylanders record now stands at 15-4.
