New Jersey High School Basketball - Pioneer Academy topped by Franklin
February 5, 2024: Somerset, NJ 08873 The Franklin Warriors basketball team scored 88 points and restricted the visiting Pioneer Academy Eagles to 76 in the Warriors non-league victory on Monday.
The Warriors now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Brunswick for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. Franklin will battle a Vikings team coming off a 52-50 non-league win over West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 6-15.
The Eagles (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson Township (Oak Ridge, NJ). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, Jefferson Township dropped by Vernon (Vernon, NJ), 49-46, in a non-league contest.
