Iowa High School Basketball - Kingsley-Pierson can't hold off Northwest Webster
February 5, 2024: Manson, IA 50563 The Northwest Webster Cougars basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Kingsley-Pierson Panthers to 48 in the Cougars non-league victory on Monday.
The Cougars now sport a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pocahontas for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. Northwest Webster will battle a Indians team coming off a 83-58 non-league loss to Algona (Algona, IA). The Indians record now stands at 3-15.
The Panthers (13-6) will now prepare for their contest against West Monona (Onawa, IA). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 8-13 record. In their last contest, West Monona was nudged by Missouri Valley (Missouri Valley, IA), 61-56, in a non-league contest.
