The Raiders now possess a 17-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sumner for a 3A District 7 battle on Tuesday, February 6. Pine will battle a Cowboys team coming off a 71-28 league loss to Amite (Amite, LA). The Cowboys record now stands at 7-21.
The Tigers (18-6) will now prepare for their battle against Fontainebleau (Mandeville, LA). The Bulldogs come into the 5A District 6 battle with a 22-8 record. In their last battle, Fontainebleau was nudged by Ponchatoula (Ponchatoula, LA), 55-50, in a league battle.
