With the victory, American Leadership Academy-Johnston advances its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The Patriots host Wake Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 6. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 6-20. Wake Christian Academy lost 76-47 in their recent non-league bout against St. David's (Raleigh, NC)
With the loss, Ascend Leadership falls to 3-14 on the campaign. The Aviators travel to River Mill (Graham, NC) to play the Jaguars in a 1A Central Tar Heel bout on Friday, February 7. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 2-21. River Mill lost 73-23 in their recent league bout against Southern Wake Academy (Holly Springs, NC)
