Virginia High School Basketball - Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot routs Isle of Wight Academy

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot Knights basketball team scored a big 66-35 triumph over the Isle of Wight Academy Chargers.

The Knights (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 13-9 record. In their last contest, Westover Christian Academy was trounced by Brunswick Academy (Lawrenceville, VA), 68-43, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Chargers battle the Greenbrier Christian Academy Gators (Chesapeake, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 6. Isle of Wight Academy will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record. The Gators go into the contest with a 4-10 record after their 70-24 non-league win over TEACH Homeschool (Virginia Beach, VA).
