February 5, 2025: Woodstock, IL 60098 In Wednesday's non-league test, the Marian Central Catholic Hurricanes (Woodstock, IL) basketball squad trounced the visiting Westminster Christian Warriors (Elgin, IL), by a score of 71-35.
Next, the Hurricanes clash with the Bishop McNamara Fightin' Irish (Kankakee, IL) in a Chicagoland Christian test, on Saturday, February 8. Marian Central Catholic will attempt to improve on its 11-18 season record. The Fightin' Irish come into the test with a 21-4 record after their 77-48 league win over Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL).
The Warriors (2-19) will now prepare for their test against Families of Faith Christian Academy (Channahon, IL). The Screaming Eagles come into the non-league test with a 0-10 record. In their last test, Families of Faith Christian Academy was routed by Parkview Christian Academy (Yorkville, IL), 90-25, in a non-league test.
