February 5, 2025: Houma, LA 70360 Vandebilt Catholic Terriers (Houma, LA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting South Terrebonne Gators (Bourg, LA), 54-18 in a league match.
With the victory, Vandebilt Catholic upgrades its record to 12-7 on the year. The Terriers host South Lafourche (Galliano, LA) to face the Tarpons in a 4A District 8 match on Friday, February 7. The Tarpons enter the match with a record of 13-11. South Lafourche lost 41-33 in their recent league match against E.D. White (Thibodaux, LA)
The Gators now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lutcher for a 4A District 8 match on Friday, February 7.
