North Carolina High School Basketball - Thomasville can't get by Parkland
February 5, 2025: Winston-Salem, NC 27127 Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, NC), 31-29 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Parkland advances its record to 1-15 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Davie (Mocksville, NC) to meet the War Eagles in a non-league match on Friday, February 7. The War Eagles enter the match with a record of 15-5. Davie lost 65-51 in their recent non-league match against West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC)
The Bulldogs now own a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Davidson for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. Thomasville will meet a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 68-42 non-league loss to South Davidson (Denton, NC). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-18.
