Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Lincoln Park Performing Arts knocked off by Aliquippa
February 6, 2022: Midland, PA 15059 The Aliquippa Quips basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Lincoln Park Performing Arts to 50 in the Quips non-league triumph on Sunday.
The Quips now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seton LaSalle for a WPIAL 3A 2 contest on Tuesday, February 8. Aliquippa will meet a Rebels team coming off a 84-64 league win over Summit Academy (Herman, PA). The Rebels record now stands at 15-2.
The (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Montour (McKees Rocks, PA). The Spartans enter the WPIAL 4A 2 contest with a 14-4 record. In their last contest, Montour ran past Belle Vernon (Belle Vernon, PA), 65-48, in a non-league contest.
