The Panthers now possess a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montclair Kimberley Academy for a Super Essex - Independence battle on Tuesday, February 7. Cedar Grove will confront a Cougars team coming off a 52-46 non-league win over West Caldwell Tech (West Caldwell, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 11-3.
The (7-8) will now prepare for their battle against Kittatinny Regional (Newton, NJ). The Cougars come into the Northwest Jersey - Colonial battle with a 5-10 record. In their last battle, Kittatinny Regional was nudged by Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ), 54-47, in a non-league battle.
