Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Hampton Roads Academy Navigators (Newport News, VA) and the visiting Poquoson Islanders (Poquoson, VA), saw Hampton Roads Academy's basketball squad wallop Poquoson by a tally of 71-47.

With the victory, Hampton Roads Academy improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Navigators travel to Summit Christian Academy (Yorktown, VA) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 9. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 11-7. Summit Christian Academy lost 55-50 in their recent non-league challenge against TEACH (Virginia Beach, VA)
