February 6, 2024: North Plainfield, NJ 07060 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the North Plainfield Canucks (North Plainfield, NJ) and the visiting Carteret Ramblers (Carteret, NJ), saw North Plainfield's basketball squad hold off Carteret by a tally of 58-55.
With the victory, North Plainfield improves its record to 7-14 on the campaign. The Canucks travel to St. Joseph (Metuchen, NJ) to confront the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 8. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 17-8. St. Joseph lost 72-70 in their recent non-league challenge against Saddle River Day (Saddle River, NJ)
Next up, the Ramblers confront the Calvary Christian Lions (Old Bridge, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 10. Carteret will attempt to improve on its 13-10 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 18-3 record after their 79-56 non-league loss to Woodbridge (Woodbridge, NJ).
