Michigan High School Basketball - Western International fells Central
February 6, 2024: Detroit, MI 48206 Western International Cowboys (Detroit, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Central Trail Blazers (Detroit, MI), 62-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Western International upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Cowboys travel to Pershing (Detroit, MI) to clash with the Doughboys in a Detroit Public I bout on Friday, February 9. The Doughboys go into the bout with a record of 11-5. Pershing won 84-73 in their recent non-league bout against East English Village Prep (Detroit, MI)
Next up, the Trail Blazers clash with the Detroit Country Day Yellowjackets (Beverly Hills, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 16. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record.
