South Dakota High School Basketball - Deubrook fells Great Plains Lutheran
February 6, 2024: Watertown, SD 57201 Deubrook Dolphins (White, SD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Great Plains Lutheran Panthers (Watertown, SD), 46-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Deubrook upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Dolphins travel to Castlewood (Castlewood, SD) to play the Warriors in a B Region 2 bout on Thursday, February 8. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 15-2. Castlewood won 68-56 in their recent non-league bout against Florence/Henry (Florence, SD)
Next up, the Panthers play the Northwestern Area Wildcats (Mellette, SD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 8. Great Plains Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 2-13 record after their 67-33 non-league loss to Webster (Webster, SD).
