Louisiana High School Basketball - Fairview nips Reeves
February 6, 2024: Grant, LA 70644 Fairview Panthers (Grant, LA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Reeves Raiders (Reeves, LA), 50-46 in a league bout.
With the win, Fairview upgrades its record to 12-18 on the season. The Panthers travel to Plainview (Glenmora, LA) to play the Hornets in a C District 5 bout on Friday, February 9. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 18-11. Plainview won 60-31 in their recent non-league bout against Elton (Elton, LA)
Next up, the Raiders play the Northside Christian Warriors (Crowley, LA) in a C District 5 bout, on Friday, February 9. Reeves will attempt to upgrade on its 14-16 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 10-19 record after their 68-64 league win over St. Joseph's - Plaucheville (Plaucheville, LA).
