February 6, 2024: Carnesville, GA 30521 In Tuesday's league outing, the Hebron Christian Lions (Dacula, GA) basketball squad felled the host Franklin County Lions (Carnesville, GA), by a margin of 65-46.
The Lions (21-2) will now prepare for their outing against Stephens County (Toccoa, GA). The Indians go into the AAA Region 8 outing with a 9-13 record. In their last outing, Stephens County was beaten by Monroe Area (Monroe, GA), 73-62, in a league outing.
The Lions now own a 12-11 record. They play next when they host Hart County for a AAA Region 8 outing on Friday, February 9. Franklin County will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 74-68 league win over Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-13.
