Tennessee High School Basketball - Overton nips Hunters Lane
February 6, 2024: Nashville, TN 37207 Overton Bobcats (Nashville, TN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Hunters Lane Warriors (Nashville, TN), 80-74 in a league bout.
With the win, Overton upgrades its record to 16-6 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Antioch (Antioch, TN) to play the Bears in a 4A District 11 bout on Friday, February 9. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 18-7. Antioch lost 64-55 in their recent league bout against Hillsboro (Nashville, TN)
Next up, the Warriors play the Cane Ridge Ravens (Nashville, TN) in a 4A District 11 bout, on Friday, February 9. Hunters Lane will attempt to upgrade on its 2-19 season record. The Ravens go into the bout with a 14-9 record after their 86-39 league win over McGavock (Nashville, TN).
