Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Pine Ridge Thorpes (Pine Ridge, SD) and the host White River Tigers (White River, SD), saw Pine Ridge's basketball squad overcome White River by a tally of 69-58.

With the victory, Pine Ridge improves its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Thorpes travel to Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD) to confront the Tatanka in a A Region 7 challenge on Friday, February 9. The Tatanka come into the challenge with a record of 6-6. Lakota Tech won 92-80 in their recent non-league challenge against Hill City (Hill City, SD)
