February 6, 2024: Santa Fe, NM 87505 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Springer Red Devils (Springer, NM) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins (Santa Fe, NM), by a margin of 59-14.
The Red Devils (11-8) will now prepare for their outing against Des Moines (Des Moines, NM). The Demons go into the A District 5 outing with a 11-9 record. In their last outing, Des Moines was trounced by Questa (Questa, NM), 59-43, in a non-league outing.
The Blue Griffins now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Legacy Academy for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 10. Santa Fe Prep will clash with a Silverbacks squad coming off a 55-42 league win over Coronado (Gallina, NM). The Silverbacks record now stands at 10-9.
