February 6, 2024: Columbus, OH 43214 Bishop Watterson Eagles (Columbus, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Hilliard Darby Panthers (Hilliard, OH), 43-34 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Bishop Watterson upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Bishop Hartley (Columbus, OH) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Panthers play the Thomas Worthington CARDINALS (Worthington, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 8. Hilliard Darby will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The CARDINALS come into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 49-37 non-league loss to Pickerington North (Pickerington, OH).
