Massachusetts High School Basketball - Blackstone-Millville holds off Southbridge
February 6, 2024: Blackstone, MA 01504 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Blackstone-Millville Chargers (Blackstone, MA) and the visiting Southbridge Pioneers (Southbridge, MA), saw Blackstone-Millville's basketball squad hold off Southbridge by a tally of 58-54.
With the victory, Blackstone-Millville improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Burncoat (Worcester, MA) to confront the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 12. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Pioneers confront the Uxbridge Spartans (Uxbridge, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 8. Southbridge will attempt to improve on its 3-12 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 41-38 non-league loss to Northbridge (Whitinsville, MA).
