Illinois High School Basketball - Calhoun bests Madison
February 6, 2025: Hardin, IL 62047 The Calhoun Warriors (Hardin, IL) basketball toppled the visiting Madison Trojans (Madison, IL), 63-46 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 17-7 record. They play next when they travel to North Greene for a Western Illinois Valley bout on Friday, February 7. Calhoun will play a Spartans team coming off a 51-29 non-league win over First Baptist Academy (O'Fallon, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 12-13.
With the loss, Madison falls to 4-14 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Meridian (Mounds, IL) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Friday, February 7. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 21-6. Meridian won 76-45 in their recent league bout against Agape Christian (Energy, IL)
