Georgia High School Basketball - Lakeside thwarts Evans
February 6, 2025: Evans, GA 30809 The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Lakeside Panthers (Evans, GA) and the visiting Evans Knights (Evans, GA), observed Lakeside's basketball team knock off Evans by a score of 69-61.
The Panthers (12-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenbrier (Evans, GA). The Wolfpack come into the AAAAA Region 1 challenge with a 14-8 record. In their last challenge, Greenbrier prevailed over Effingham County (Springfield, GA), 46-43, in a league challenge.
