Missouri High School Basketball - Hickman knocks off Gateway Legacy Christian Academy
February 6, 2025: Columbia, MO 65203 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Hickman Kewpies (Columbia, MO) and the visiting Gateway Legacy Christian Academy Lions (Florissant, MO), observed Hickman's basketball team overcome Gateway Legacy Christian Academy by a score of 55-37.
The Kewpies (15-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Jefferson City (Jefferson City, MO). The Jays come into the Central Missouri challenge with a 15-5 record. In their last challenge, Jefferson City defeated Hazelwood East (St. Louis, MO), 76-64, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Confluence Prep Academy Titans (St. Louis, MO) in a Freelance challenge, on Monday, February 10. Gateway Legacy Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 7-10 record after their 66-64 non-league win over Woodland (Marble Hill, MO).
